Always did what he said he would, when he said he would do it at a very reasonable price. I recommend Phil very highly.

I've used Phil for many other plumbing jobs and he does excellent work. You need to be flexible on scheduling because he works by himself and often has to reschedule because of plumbing emergencies for other clients.
I had purchased the two bath lavatory faucets from Costco. Although they were good quality Hansgrohe faucets, he wasn't familiar with the drain assembly and spent a long time working on the drains. Oddly enough, the two faucets had different drain assemblies, even though they were the exact same faucet. He wasn't able to get one of the drains working properly and he thought a part might be missing. I contacted the manufacturer and they shipped a new drain assembly to me free of charge. In the meantime, Phil bought the faucets for his own house and figured out the odd drain assembly. Turns out there were no missing parts and he came back and fixed the one he had trouble with.
Our dishwasher wasn't filling with water. Phil doesn't usually work on dishwashers, but he was pretty confident that the problem was a bad solenoid valve. He replaced the valve and that took care of the problem.

Work went well, effeciently completed and to my satisfaction.

Paul arrived about 30 minutes after the start of his 30 minute window. He was able to fix the problem in about an hour. This is the second time I have used his services and both times he was timely, professional, and quick. My next door neighbor gave me the recommendation (He has been using Paul for years), and I will continue to use Leawood Plumbing in the future.

I thought they were honest. They worked fast and had the tools and supplies needed on his truck. I would use them again and recommend them.

Phil never showed up for the job. I even left message the night before and reminded him. I asked him to return phone call and he never did. The day of the service, I called him and left message again. He never returned my phone call or showed up for the job.

I had a little trouble getting Phil to return my call to schedule the work, but once I did, he arrived on time early. He charged $76 for the call plus $76/hour (he spent 45 minutes working) and $42 for parts. He guarantees his work. Ever since the repairs were completed, there have been no problems. It was a good experience, and I would hire him again.

HE IS HONEST, VERY GOOD WITH OLDER HOMES. WORKING ON NEW CONSTRUCTION IS QUITE DIFFERENT FROM WORKING ON OLDER HOMES. IT WAS A CHALLENGING JOB WITH 4 OFFSETS. MOST IMPORTANTLY, HE MINIMIZED DAMAGE TO PLASTER WALLS.
