 + -1 moreHe does work as if it is his own property, but offers options and education regarding quality of products and how they are likely to wear, allowing the customer to choose what is most important, such as cost or appearance or durability. He is punctual when he makes an appointment, and prompt in emergency/urgent situations. He keeps the customer informed about schedule when a project takes more than one visit. I have recommended him to others over the years and have always heard good comments from them as well.
Description of Work: I have used Brad Lawson for a variety of projects over many years, including clearing blocked toilets, replacing a toilet, installing over-the-range microwave, replacing windows and doors and a variety of other projects. Most recently he repaired window cranks, re-caulked a shower, repaired a tub faucet, cleaned gutters and installed gutter screens.

 + 0 moreHe is absolutely the best you can get. He's not the cheapest but worth every penny. He is easy to get, comes right back out when you have a problem.
Description of Work: He came and repaired some outdoor wood problems on my garage soffit last week. He also repaired parts of my storm windows. In the past, he has installed new kitchen counter tops, did repairs on windows, as well as other jobs. He also installed a new stove top in the kitchen.

 + 1 moreHe was VERY professional, compassionate, honest and cleaned up behind his work and helper. He did more than he said. He was early on both days, and left my home emasculate. I would highly recommend him. It was a pleasure working with Brad under very stressful conditions.
Description of Work: I returned home to find a new roof had leaked damaging ceilings in the master closets. Causing them to cave in spewing insulation all over the contents of the closet and out into the master bedroom. All clothing/books/gifts/equipment, ruined and had to be removed. It was a HOLIDAY WEEKEND!!! I called eight contractors, describing the emergency. Brad Lawson was the only one to call me back the day I called. He came out that afternoon and started the work the next day (on a Saturday, he also worked through Sunday due to damage and necessity.) He repaired and painted LR ceiling and wall, replaced/sheet rocked closet ceilings, repainted ceiling and walls. Took up carpet and pad. Repaired and painted basement ceiling, kitchen ceiling and master bath walls.

Description of Work: BRAD LAWSON IS AN OUTSTANDING HOME REMODELER. HE FINISHED OUR BASEMENT FOR US AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANY TYPE OF HOME REPAIR OR REMODELING WORK.
