LA Painting & Home Improvement

I purchased a home with pink tile that had been painted white. This tile was covering the ENTIRE bathroom (all walls, surrounding toilet, behind sink, etc.) in the shower area the paint had peeled off, the walls looked as though they had caved in and I was afraid of wall rot behind the tile. I got a few bids and Lee Adams was not only the lowest price, but absolutely the most professional! He measured and took some notes during his free estimate. He asked me specific questions (did I want the faucet fixture replaced, etc) and then promised me a written estimate within 24hrs. I got the estimate within 6 hrs and it was the lowest price! He had listed the things I should purchase myself to keep cost down, and he came up with fabulous ideas to save the surrounding (undamaged)  painted tile and make it look good. He showed up early and stayed until the job was finished every night (he had a scheduled outline with stopping points for each day). He was immaculate and I was so happy that I put my faith in him. Very trustworthy and great work. He performed all the work himself and even looked at a few other things I needed done around the house (caulked windows, trim replacement, etc). He performed the plumbing for the new shower (going from 2 pipes to 1) for free since a Plumbing company told me they charge $400 for it and I couldn't afford that. He did recommend getting a plumber for the trip lever, he knows what his limits are and I trusted him. In 3 days I went from horrible bath/shower to beautiful and functional! He was great about talking to my interested children when they would peek their heads in and I cant get over how smooth everything went. He has raised the bar for anyone else that workes in my home: Punctual, Good Price, Great Attitude, Flexible, Clean, Honest and most importantly Trustworthy!! I wish I could give him an A++++  Sadly, I won't need Angie's List for much now, I found a great company that does almost everything!
