Kevin was able to wedge our requests into his busy work schedule. The work done on our splash pan in our shower was done as quickly as it could have reasonably been done and his clean up was impeccable. A one day job.

Kevin was quick to listen to the requirements we wanted for our flower boxes made of brick adjacent to our driveway. One of the requirements we had was that the flower boxes must be constructed utilizing its own base and not to be sitting on any apron of our existing driveway. (we were planning on replacing the driveway and we knew that would destroy his work). He acknowledged this request and proceeded to build the boxes to our desire. He went the extra steps to white wash and blend the color into the brick to match the other brick on our house. He is a methodical perfectionist that appears to be in great demand. With that in mind, he stayed on the job and completed it without dithering to other job sites as so many of the construction trades do. He was able to construct the boxes from our mere sketch outlining what we desired in three days. This is no slash and dash contractor. He has many years in the business of actually doing the work! I would recommend him highly.

We agreed upon a day to perform the work and he was there promptly. Some difficulty in replacement of the shower pan as we have an older house and the current pans appeared to be too large for my opening. He advised me of a potential modification of the estimate if he could not find a fiberglass pan to fit, then he would have to pour his own concrete shower pan and then tile over it. We both understood that a price increase could affect his earlier estimate. After tear out he confirmed that he could fit a fiberglas shower pan and there would be no increase in price. He was very careful and mindful of tracking through the house and took extra pains to clean up after his daily work. Overall I was very happy with the outcome. Of special note we hired him to replace the shower pan AFTER we had hired him to do some brick work outside in building my wife a new flower box. We were happy on that job and hired him for this one. I would hire him again.
