This is not a reputable company. They say they will stand buy their work within 21 days, but they did not for us. They heat treated our house with electric heaters and there were no signs of bed bugs for two weeks. But then we saw bed bugs in multiple rooms of the house. Plus we were getting bed bug bites in several other rooms. For the size of our house, it is not surprising that the few heaters and fans he used would not heat the house fully.
Mr. Wilson came to our house and tried to find the bed bugs during the middle of the day and did not find any. No surprise when searching in the middle of the day. And he did not trust us when we showed him the bugs that we caught. He also made us wait for three weeks for bug sniffing dogs to come while we slept on the dining room floor. Then the dogs did not find anything, but the dog owners said dogs are only good at finding large infestations. Neil then blamed us for reinfesting our house and refused to return.
We called another company, Midwest Bed Bug Services, who came and treated within a couple of days. But the cost was over $1000 again. They give a six month warrantee. But they did not need to return, since we have not seen or been bit by any bed bugs now for six months. They were a great company.

Had problems with silverfish in a closet.
Everyone else I spoke with wanted to "spray around the house and come back every 3 months".
 
They listened to the problem and then came up with a solution custom to my needs.  They took the time to explain what they were doing and why.  I ended up cutting access panels in my drywall so they could blow a powder in my attic space.
And then he still sprayed the rest of the house (which was above and beyond what they said they would do for the price).
I would definitely recommend them to my friends, family, and anyone else!
