Johnson County Siding & Window did a complete replacement of my houses siding. They delivered on everything we needed. They were well-prepared and efficient in executing the project and the results are fantastic.

I couldn't be more pleased with this project. Their workmanship, communciation, and cooperation went above and beyond my expectations. They made my 1930's farm house look like new!

We had our fascia replaced and the front of our house stuccoed after I replaced and painted all of the siding on the rest of the house. They did the stucco work, and unfortunately, the color didn't turn out as expected. Justin never tried to get us to accept it or settle for something that we were not happy with. He wasn't satisfied until we were satisfied. After multiple attempts at getting the right sample color to match, without ever giving up, we finally found a match. Justin had the guys come back and redo everything and made sure that we were satisfied, which we were. I'm also in the contracting business and one thing that I've learned, is that you will always have minor issues or problems with a project, but it's how you deal with or respond to those problems that set you apart. Johnson County Windows & Siding took full responsibility for the issue and never gave up until we were happy, which I really appreciated. In addition, we were never asked to put money down or make any partial payments until the job was 100% complete. That says a lot about the stability and integrity of the company. Despite the challenges, we couldn't be happier. Justin and his team are top-notch and I would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent customer service and top notch quality! We had new windows & siding installed. As I learned that everyone that would work on my house is an actual employee and has had significant amounts of training, I had a comforting feeling that the windows and siding were going to be installed correctly and per the manufacturer's instructions. Quality and doing the job right are big factors in today's building economy and Johnson County Siding & Windows does is right! Every person at JoCo Siding & Windows took pride in their part of the job and in creating a great customer experience. Johnson County Siding & Windows even has an exterior design consultant that they bring out to aide you in your decision making. Everyone in our neighborhood is saying how good the house looks & how great the colors coordinate. Overall, this has been a great experience and I would highly recommend Johnson County Siding & Windows when considering replacement siding or replacement windows.

First of all the work is excellent, my house is beautiful from them. In addition to that Bill came almost every day to check on the progress. I had a deck put on my house about two years previously, that was done wrong. Bill went above and beyond and repaired the deck someone else put on wrong. Even after everything was done, Bill has come by to check and make sure that everything was to my expectations.
