JDog Junk Removal and Hauling Johnson County

Very smoothly - We left a v-mail with JDog on a Friday afternoon. Chris returned the call Monday. We set up a time for this Friday afternoon. They arrived on time, brought 4 strong people and the television disappeared. Chris was very careful to protect our hardwood floors and walls - even carrying the set out instead of rolling it. We're keeping their phone number!

They were prompt, courteous, professional and rescheduled to a quicker pickup when discovered that they would be close to me in a previously scheduled job. Couldn't have worked out better! Highly recommend!

Chris responded promptly to my phone call and we arranged for his services the following day. Chris and Andrew arrived on time, worked professionally, efficiently and thoughtfully. They swept the storage unit clean and actually charged less than other phone estimates I received earlier. As we are moving out of state, we asked about their availability the following week for additional services at the house. The day before the scheduled date, we discussed moving our time to somewhat later to allow us to get more done in advance of our move. Chris cheerfully accommodated the new time, arrived promptly with Andrew, and, again, efficiently removed all unwanted items. Also, they were very helpful in moving a very large desk from upstairs to the garage so it could be easily picked up as a donation. Again, we thought the charge was most reasonable and as JDog was preparing to leave, we realized there were a few items we overlooked that were outside. They graciously reopened their trailer, took the additional items and, despite our efforts to pay more for the extra work, refused to charge more. It was a pleasure working with JDog, they were most considerate and professional and we highly recommend them.

I called and got an over the phone estimate right away. I was able to schedule pick up at my convenience within a day. They showed up on time and actually reduced the amount of the quote based on the size of what had to be hauled. Before they left, my husband asked if they could also take our old lawn mower, which they did at no additional charge. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

Chris was very helpful, polite and easy to communicate with. He worked with me to schedule the service then showed up himself with an assistant right on time and carefully removed everything I wanted hauled. I will definitely use them again!
