Review of quality of painting by INCO USA, LLC The man that did the pressure washing did a great job. He was thorough, clean,left no debris behind, and was careful of our property. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the painting crew that came 3 days later. Now, this is not the only company I interviewed for the job. I interviewed 4 companies and received quotes from 3 of them. Obviously I made a poor choice. As they say, Hindsight is 20/20. I was told they would: 1. Clean the surface, they did 2. Scrape the surface, did NOT 3. Cover, did the minimum 4. Paint, very poorly 5. Clean, left a lot of trash They did pressure wash. They did not scrape the surface prior to painting. When I saw this, I went out and said something to them. Of course they acted like they didnâ  t understand my complaint so I asked them to call their boss. When they got him on the phone I spoke to him about my concerns. He told me it was because we had damaged wood. (There had been no mention of damaged wood when they came out to give us the quote.) I insisted that they needed to scrape and he said he would be out in an hour or 2. When the boss finally arrived he had one of the crew take a plastic scraper and scrape the ceiling of the carport in one direction. He appeared to put very little effort into it. I asked that he scrape in the opposite direction which he did but again with very little effort. Then they painted over the area and it looked a bit better. At this point I was assured they would scrape the rest and I would be satisfied with their work. I asked why they hadnâ  t scraped to begin with and was told the first coat of paint helped them see where they needed to scrape. (What a waste of paint!) They DID NOT scrape after the boss left. They did leave trash all over the property. Overspray on the brick and personal items. They used a nice piece of wood that was neatly stored on the carport to shield something while painting and ruined about à ¼ of the length of it. They took our push broom, used it without asking, got paint on it and left it lying in the backyard. They poured out a puddle of paint in our backyard, which is illegal,as well as spraying the grass and getting overspray on bushes in several areas. Our paint looks horrible. It is cracking, peeling and just awful. We are now planning to have siding put on to cover this awful mess.

We began looking for basement contractors that could handle the renovation from end-to-end. We interviewed a few different companies for the job, but were especially impressed by Inco USA. They were willing to customize the project exactly to our specifications; secondly, they offered a reasonable bid; and thirdly, at my specific request, they were willing to break the project up into three distinct phases. The reason: I wanted to work in phases to ensure I could secure funding as the project moved forward. During the planning phase, Lytton worked around what we wanted and did not try to impose restrictions on us. Any time we asked a question, he explained the process and make us feel like we were part of the team. All of the Inco team members were extremely kind, from the contractors to the delivery guys, to the framers, to the painters, to the plumbers. We kept our door open to the team throughout the project and they came and went as needed. We were completely comfortable with every person who worked in our house. One of the most memorable aspects of Inco USA was witnessing how hard each member of the team worked. None of them were lethargic! Every second of the day, they worked efficiently. It was inspiring to see their dedication. On occasion, they would ask for permission to work after 5:30pm in order to finish a particular section of work. We had no problem with this and valued their work ethic. William was absolutely incredible. We really enjoyed his presence each day. Honestly, I don't think there is any project he can't do. Despite the language barrier, we communicated with him through Google Translate which made things very easy. The kids kept bringing him ice cream throughout the day. I hope he didn't mind! They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. They also kept their work area clean, putting up barriers for dust, sweeping at the end of the day, putting their tools away. Abel Calix was the project manager and we looked forward to his visits. By the end of the project, it seemed like he had become part of the family. With the project now over, we will miss Inco's daily visits to the house. Our kids have told us that they miss them, too. Marc's ability to find custom products and solutions was a lifesaver. He removed the stress and burden from our shoulders by providing easy options for us to choose from. Sometimes we had the idea of what we wanted, but were not sure how it could be implemented. Abel and Marc always found a way! They were always asking questions to ensure we were happy with the end-result. Some of the upgrades that I was particularly pleased with were: - the 7 à ¼ inch baseboard trim looks absolutely stunning s the first thing people notice - the white solid-core doors are a must-have upgrade - adding extra lights and dimmer switches was a big plus; I love dimming the lights - adding directional accent lights for my Hue bulbs creates a major wow factor - switching from chrome fixtures to antique bronze was one of my favorite upgrades - purchasing a gorgeous bronze handrail creates a great first impression for visitors - upgrading the carpet on the stairs with a thicker carpet, thicker pad is a must - getting a better quality LVP for the flooring was a great decision in the end Anytime we wanted an upgrade, we could simply text Abel or Marc the product, or locate the item at Lowes or Home Depot. They would calculate the additional cost and send back for our approval. The team's craftsmanship was both precise and professional. I was particularly impressed that Hector, one of the company owners, stopped by to view the completed basement at the end of the project. He wanted my personal assurance that I was happy with their work. Overall, working with Inco USA was a delightful experience. The worst communication I have ever received during a home improvement project. When providing the quote, he left out half of the work but that wasnâ t known until later. The person I talked to wasnâ t the one doing the work and he did not communicate any details to the actual painter. I had to go through everything again which caused some things to be wrong. The estimated length of 6 days took 16. He didnâ t buy all the paint up front which caused the painter to run out several times. Then got a different paint one day. Only 1 guy doing the whole thing. They are starting up on the East Coast and it does NOT reflect the good work and reviews from the Midwest.

We were very pleased with INCO very friendly and professional the quality of work was exceptional. I would highly recommend INCO. We will definitely use them again. Our neighbors even commented on how good our home looked. Well done INCO.

We live out of town and hired them to paint our rental. The reason this is important is everything was done via phone, email, and text. Not only was the job done effortlessly from out of state, but their communication and quality of work is outstanding. Everything from sending the colors, to the quote to documents executed via DocuSign. I would not hesitate to use their service again.

INCO came out to set concrete in three areas of our patio. Their quality, prep, rebar set, all of it was amazing. Their finishing was of prime quality. These guys really know how to do a concrete job, even one that has a weird existing to new transition need, like ours did.

We were thoroughly impressed with INCO and the quality of work they produced. The painters were communicative, punctual and took great care in ensuring the quality of work was professional. We would definitely use them again and we highly recommend them for all your painting needs.

They did a great job and were super efficient. Only delay was due to the snowstorm. I will definitely use them again.

Inco did the full exterior paint on my house, stained my deck and replaced some boards. The paint job looks amazing! They were quick to get my quote, had competitive prices, and took great care with the job.

Very nice, and after some rotten wood was discovered at the end of the project, they quickly fixed the small area without costing extra.

They did not clean up after the project I have paint chips all over my yard and sidewalk Would not ever recommend this company ever!!!! Makes your company look bad.
