There are so many reasons to have your home professionally cleaned. For instance, if you are: Moving into or moving out of a home, Preparing to entertain guests, Too Busy (and who isn’t?), Needing a “Spring Cleaning” Then you should definitely give us a call. A clean healthy environment is particularly important to those with special health considerations, such a allergies, as well. Although we find that most of our clients prefer to have their home cleaned regularly we also offer one-time and special occasion cleanings. Obviously if you’re going to have someone come into your home you need to be able to trust them. We are a small Johnson County company bonded and insured, and can provide many excellent references from our growing clientele. We also offer services in Kansas City, MO. Our cleaners are hand picked and trained to pay close attention to the details. We often hear that we may be too meticulous! How’s that for a down side? You may be surprised about how little we charge. Most house cleanings cost less than a dinner out for your family and our cleaning schedule is very flexible. "I am very sorry you were not pleased with our service. We originally agreed to an hourly rate. The price was estimated on 1,100 sq. ft home. We didn't see the home in person, so we thought it would take approx. an hour and a half with 2 cleaners. I understood you were not clear on the depth of the cleaning since you were out of state. The final price was to be determined once we got out to the home. On the way to your sister's home our cleaner felt very sick. Unfortunately, we were down a cleaner at this point. This was an unforeseen incident that was out of our control. I offered to reschedule your cleaning for 8:30 the next day. I understood you wanted to go a head and have us clean anyway. Once we arrived we walked thru the home and realized additional time would be needed to get the home cleaned properly. I notified you and thought we agreed. We stayed and cleaned until the job was done. I called to follow-up and understood your sister was very happy with the job, especially the bathrooms. I am very sorry that you felt mislead in anyway. I will reach out to you."
