There were significant issues with the installation including the installers, the local project managers and the Home Depot Home Services local office. From the time the first window was installed until the project was "completed" a total of five (5) months passed. Issues ranged from being bullied by the original project manager and him not showing up for scheduled appointments or returning phone calls when promised, the replacement project manager not responding to questions and consistently showing up late for scheduled appointments, problems with the installation by the installers, being lied to by people in the local office, having to track down contact information myself rather than it being given to me by the local office when I had to go up the chain of command when issues were not being resolved, lack of quality control by the manufacturer, lack of communication between the call center, the project managers and local office, damage to my house by the installers, the installers covering up mistakes and being pressured by various people to sign off on the certificate of completion even though the project was not completed. Interestingly enough, the second project manager assigned to me stated there had been problems with the installers used on my project and they decided to no longer work with them after my project. The only person who made a sincere attempt to assist me was a manager at a local Home Depot store until he was told to stop helping me. I have done major renovations on three homes and have used Home Depot as my go-to home renovation store including buying the same windows from Home Depot for two homes I have lined in. I did major renovations on my current home using Home Depot products including purchasing my kitchen counter from HD and having it installed by HD. Not sure I would use or recommend the Home Depot Home Services again.
