HIGHLAND OUTDOOR

They came out, inspected the damage to our concrete, and gave us a written estimate. After getting 3 bids, we decided to use Highland Outdoor for price and personality of the contractor. The work was done as scheduled and we are satisfied with the quality. This spring the contractor called to check up on how the work looked after the winter (It looks great). We would use Highland Outdoor again.

There were some leaks in my basement and I had the drainage work done. Their work was okay, but not great. They were reasonably priced for what they did. I would probably not use them in the future, though.

Everything that Highland Outdoor built for me was fine. The guy that did the estimating forgot to give me a price on mulch to cover everything after they were finished, so I had to pay that seperately. It was a very wet time of year, and their heavy equipment destroyed some sod. I had to pay for that seperately as well. Sometimes there would be a delay in the schedule, and they wouldn't call me and tell me about it. I felt that they could have provided better communication. The work that they did was good, and the wall is beautiful.

Overall everything went well. We started the project later than expected but this was due to the weather. The project took approx. 2 weeks to complete and everything looked great! We made alot of changes and had multiple additions and they took everything we said into consideration.

I called Highland Outdoor in the fall of last year. After being disappointed from being turned down by one company and canceled appointments by two others, I asked a friend who they used for their landscaping. They told me Highland Outdoor, and that Jason and Mitch were very knowledgeable, and they have been very pleased with the services Highland Outdoor has provided them. I called them up and set up a meeting and Mitch arrived on time with a sample book and we started brainstorming right there. After a couple weeks I had the plan I was looking for and they walked me though how it would be constructed in their in office display. I signed a contract with them and in a little more than three weeks they were starting construction. During construction they kept my driveway clean so I could get in and out, and made sure all their tools were picked up at end of the day. When the project was completed, Mitch came out to ensure I was happy, and then collected final payment. Thanks guys!

THE CREW WAS PUNCTUAL AND MADE EVERY EFFORT TO DO A GOOD JOB EVEN WITH A FEW CHALLENGES THAT POPPED UP DURING THE INSTALL. VERY LITTLE DAMAGE WAS DONE TO THE EXISTING LAWN AREA AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING A LAWN IRRIGATION SYSTEM.
