Exterior Painting
They exceeded our expectations! There is a new division with Gecko, which is NOT the "new construction crews" but the Repainting Services who do infect, understand the difference between repainting an older home, one with years of paint layers and they were also able to complete our wood rot repairs. When a need for a customized wood rot situation came up, I had the wood piece fabricated at Hammerspace in Raytown, inexpensively, then Gecko installed. I appreciate each person we dealt with and assure you that the customer service we received was exceptional!

Exterior Painting
Work was very unprofesional. Lots of paint spills on drive and walkways. Back several times but in some cases make more of a mess when retuning. i finally gave up.

Exterior Painting
Once we decided to hire Gecko Painting as our contractor customer service went down hill. The rep would takes several days to a week to return our phone calls or emails. They did not perform the paint job specified in the contract. Replaced wood and patched with gobs of caulking and painted over it. Looks terrible. Some areas there was not enough paint to cover the old paint as they did not back roll. We would call the rep to discuss our issues and same lack response we got until we sent an email to the company and all of a sudden we get a phone asking what the problem is. Very poor communication and customer service. We wanted to meet with the rep to discuss the issues and instead the painters show up and he does not show up. My husband had to use up PTO to babysit and deal with the incompetent paint job that did not meet our approval based on the contract.
