NOT WELL...READ ON.  What started out well with a good salesman, ended up poorly.  Brett Freeman was very prompt in coming to my house, listeninig to my requirements and providing a bid proposal. He answered all my questions, which included specifics on the warranty, prior to signing the contract for work. The finish work on the driveway is poor. Top brooming was too heavy and the tooled joints are inconsistent, not straight and have voids in the concrete in areas. There are also not enough joints, which has resulted in a lot of cracking. Intermediate contraction joints should have been cut to reduce the size of the panels. In July 2012 (a mere 3 months after the work was completed), I called to have him come look at several cracks in the driveway and to get them repaired under his 2-year, no-crack warranty. He said he would take care of it, explaining that he would remove and replace several panels. By late September, when I had not heard back, I contacted him again and received an e-mail blaming the cracks on the drought and that there was nothing he could do. As of today, more and more cracks continue to appear...metasticizing off the original ones.  The curb work and asphalt repair at the street was also poor. He told me the day he finished that he would come back and saw the back of curb joint...never happened so now cracking/breaking is occurring there as well. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with my $11,000 driveway that already needs significant repairs and would NEVER recommend this company to do this type of work.

We are extremely happy with our experience with Brett Freeman Construction. We did get several bids that were all competitive so it came down to comfort which is why we chose Freeman Construction. Our patio wish list was pretty big so Brett gave us a bid with each project priced separately so that could build a package that fit our budget. He was professional, timely and his communication was very good. He gave us very good feedback on our ideas and in the end we got exactly what we envisioned. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I like things symmetrical and he hit it perfect. I would highly recommend Freeman Construction and we intend to use him on our future projects. He is now working on a bid for our privacy fence

Bret Freeman was prompt in his response whenever I called, provided a detailed and fully descriptive estimate  and completed all the work as promised and in the time frame promised. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and the regular communication from Brett as the work progressed. I would absolutely use his company again and highly recommend them for any remodeling or construction work.
