INSTALLERS WERE ALWAYS LATE AS MUCH AS 5 HOURS. TILE WAS POORLY INSTALLED AND LEFT UNFINISHED FOR WEEKS AT A TIME. I HAD AT LEAST 6 WEEKS OF MESS. THEY DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB AND I HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. THEY ARE UNWILLING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE UNPROFESSIONAL AND POORLY INSTALLED TILE. THEY DID NOT CLEAN THEIR MESS. THEY POURED GROUT ON LANDSCAPING WHICH HARDENED TO WHITE CONCRETE AND RUINED A 6 FOOT PATCH OF COSTLY LANDSCAPING. I WOULD RATHER PAY ANOTHER COMPANY TO FIX THEIR MESS THAN HAVE THEN COME BACK ACCORDING TO THEIR "WARRANTY".

THE TWO GENTLEMEN WERE ON TIME, PICKED UP EVERYTHING AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THEIR WORK.
