Description of Work: First American On Metcalf, OP, KS is handling the closing on my new home. This is the forth home my wife and I have purchased and they are by far the worst title company we have ever dealt with. Their lack of communication, flexibility and professionalism tops the charts! I would not recommend this office to anybody trying to close on a loan in a timely, professional manner.

 + -1 moreKelly Lovell and her staff at First American Title made the closing on our home a very pleasant and easy experience. They had everything ready to go and told us exactly what we needed to do. Kelly was personable and professional (a good combination). We had a few snags with the seller's realtor, as well as a couple of other things, but we didn't know it until the closing because Kelly took care of things for us. I can't recommend Kelly Lovell or First American Title enough!
