This company has horrible customer service. I bought a hot tub there and it keeps having the same error code time and time again, they tell me it’s the filters (even though I changed them every time they said too). They keep wanting to charge a service fee for the same problem even though they didn’t fix my problem. Stay away from these guys and buy your hot tub elsewhere. Ivo Baltic

They did everything for us. They did all the sales, they set up the installation, and then they have everything there. All the chemicals, all the accessories. They even have classes that teach you how to do the pool and everything. Everything was good. The sales were friendly, the installation was on time, it was all good.

The people that we used before didn’t inform us about what was wrong and caused us a lot of problems.  I do not recommend that anyone.  Typically over a five-year period you would have two service calls, but we had 50 and they never solved the problem.  Most recently they won’t come back out.  When we had another company come out they asked if Watson’s had talked to us about a number of things but they hadn’t.  He even inspected the work and found things like exposed wires.  I just don’t think they are an ethical company.

It has taken multiple phone calls and they never seem to do anything in a timely matter. They have no follow up whatsoever. The problem is still not fixed.
