I called them several yrs ago suspecting termites; They installed the Sentricon system and now come out and perform scheduled inspections. They are always friendly and willing to put up with my large dogs and answer my questions. They responded quickly when I suspected the termites were back, only to find out they were some kind of flies. I leave the worrying to them and it's a relief, as we live in a log cabin with large decking and termites would have a great time here.

They come every couple months to service our system and spray our house. Overall, great customer service I will continue to use them as my pest control service.

I had termites five years ago and they came out and treated both inside and out. I have not seen termites since. They installed bait stations around the house. They come every six months to check for any activity.

They are reliable and honest. They come when they say they will. I pay a little over $100 every quarter for termite monitoring. I really don't know how their price is because I have nothing to compare it to. They have offices in multiple locations. I would use them again in the future.
