It ended up very badly. Every item that we had them do, had to re-done. He ended up being mad at me which was very unprofessional. The price appeared to be affordable at first but it ended up to be high.

We are thrilled with the results! We had originally planned to tile this portion of the floor, but when we priced tile and the labor to install, it wasn't much less than staining/etching the concrete and the results were amazing! We priced the job with 3-4 contractors, and while Kip wasn't the cheapest, we were able to see two of his previous jobs and we were very impressed with how these floors looked 1-2 years after they were completed. Kip and Nesha were great to work with and very knowledgeable. Due to the fact that our basement had been added onto by previous owners we had several areas in the middle of the floor that were very rough in texture and uneven. Kip suggested a decorative border that would rim the entire area, eliminating the rough areas and making the whole space look very cohesive and finished. The entire floor was completed in two days and Kip & Nesha worked hard to make sure that the disruption related to the installation was minimized. This floor was completed as part of a total basement remodel and each time someone new sees the whole basement, they comment on how much they love the floor before anything else! When the floor was completed, there were several areas that seemed much lighter than others, especially in the border treatment. Kip returned to add a third coat of sealant to help balance out the coloration (we understand this is caused by older concrete absorbing more sealant, requiring additional coats.) After about a week, several of these spots reappeared and we called back again. Kip pulled himself away from another job and came back out on a holiday weekend to reapply one more coat of sealant (the 4th) so that the floor was in perfect condition for a family event we had planned for later that week. We couldn't ask for better customer service than that!
