I would recommend this company to anyone that would rather keep their favorite furniture instead of paying the price of new and probably Inferior furniture. Jim called me several times to let me know where he was in the process and actually fixed a few things that he thought should be taken care of while he had the couch apart at no charge.
I am completely happy with the work that Jim did. It's obvious he is proud of hi expertise, as well he should be.

Would definitely use again.

Contradictory to what I've always heard, he said that leather doesn't need to be moisturized. He did a good job and handled everything professionally, but I'm not 100% sure all of his information was correct.

I had heard about Elite Leather many years before using him. As it turns out, he is an expert in the leather field and did a fabulous job on our sofa. It looks like new!!
He picked up the piece (very large) and also delivered it within the time frame he quoted us.
My husband was so impressed he plans to use him to do some work on one of our car interiors.

They did an EXCELLENT job! Kyle was our service technician. It's amazing how good they were. They also had to fix a spot that Dr. vinyl messed up. I thought for sure there would be no way to fix that spot and Kyle made it look like it had never been messed up. He matched all the spots up to the exact color of the couch. We will Definately use this company again in the future! A+++

Incredible repair. Jim is practically an artist in his craft; had we not known the seat had been damaged there is no way we could tell there was repair. He is a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work and in going beyond a customer's expectations. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone and would use him again without hesitation.

Kyle came on time as promised. He repaired the leather love seat so well that the tears and scratches can't be seen. Representatives with this company travel a very wide radius doing this sort of work. Very friendly with great concentration on his work. Would use them again.
