Not without some problems. They worked with me on having the work done on a Wednesday, which is my day off. The job was involved and took a long time, and I assumed everything was fine. The next step was our utility company had to come and finish up some work, but when they came 3 or 4 business days later, they identified something had not been done correctly by Electrical Associates (EA) and so the utilties company's work could not be finished. Another piece of the situation to know is that the work on the roof could not be done until all the electrical work was completed so all of this was just putting me further behind on getting the roof work done. I was notified by the EA owner of this problem and the repair was supposed to be done the following day. The day came & went and no one came. I followed up with EA to check on the status, I was told someone was out sick, which I had heard in other conversations over the course of the project. I finally said "I'm losing patience with this, as a customer, that's (people being out ill) not my problem, that's your problem." At that, I was told he would be out in the morning to take care of it, and then he called a few minutes later to say he would come that evening and fix it. When he came, the repair didn't even take an hour. I want to be fair in this review --  the majority of the job was done correctly,  and to his credit, the owner did come out that evening to complete the repair, and he gave me $100 service credit on a future call, however, I doubt that I would have them do any work in the future given how this all played out. The next visit by the utility company confirmed that the job was done correctly and they could proceed with their end of the work.

Circuit was out in a 10-year home with knob and tube wiring.  Previous electrician recommended Electrical Associates when he couldnt find problem.  THey were able to find the issue and save me lots of $$$ (isntead of running a whole new line from the basement).  If you have an old home with old wiring, use these guys!  (Im sure they do a great job on new homes too.)
