Dish Network

I called to get a quote & told the rep to hold off on connecting any service. He told me to go ahead and make an account so I'd get the same quote if I called back. He said he needed my cc # on file to start the account but wouldn't be charged until I signed up. An hour letter I get an email/text stating the tech would be at my house with in an hour. I called to tell them I had not yet signed up. Then a week later I get an email that the tech would be there the next day. I called again & said AGAIN that I had not signed up with service and I told the rep I wasn't ready to sign up!. So I look at my bank statement and Dish has charged me $49.99 & I do not have service or signed up with them. I called, 22 minute hold, get transferred a few times for someone to tell me it was another company that charged me processing fee & I would have to call them. Dish could not do anything for me even though it's their service. So I called Dish Infinity Sales Group, the rep kept trying to talk over me & was rude. He also said he couldn't do anything for me & I'd have to call another number. They are only open Mon-Fri so I have to wait all weekend to try to get my money back. This has been a nightmare!

Rejected in my area

Very happy with DIsh.  My only complaint is when they claim "Dish internet is available nationwide".  That's not completely true.  Some areas are still unavailable.
