His phone and email address do not work. We have been unable to contact him and he he has not been in contact with us to remove the decorations that he has already been paid for in full to do.

They were great. I called them, the responded within a day. They sent out one of their employees at the end of the week. He did a great job. He did it, I accepted the bid and they went at it.

Byron, who works for D & K, did a fantastic job! He loves his job and it shows. I used to wash windows myself (for a business), and my windows have never been so clean!

They were great. It was on a two story home. They were polite, clean, and prompt. If there was a problem they would come back and correct it.

It was fine. I would definitely use this company again.

Doug and his helper came on time, did the work requested--cleaning windows, chandelier, and gutters. The windows and chandelier sparkled, and the gutters appear to be cleared of debris.

We were in the process of getting our house ready to put up for scale and needed our windows cleaned. I called Doug for an estimate and he said he could come out the next day and would call when he was on his way. I did not hear from him so I followed up and it turned out there was a medical emergency in the family. We re-scheduled and I followed up to ensure he was coming. Once he arrived, he beat the best offer that I had received from another window cleaning company. He also cleaned up some of our landscaping for an extra $50. Doug was very professional and willing to negotiate. He said he could do the work the next day, which was a Saturday. This was great in that we were on short timing to get this completed. Doug showed up with his crew on time and they were great! Very professional! I had asked Doug the day before if they could start upstairs in my daughters' rooms as they were going to be taking their naps later that afternoon. Doug remembered this (without me having to remind him) and went straight to work there. The windows look AWESOME! Even when I asked Doug about areas to touch up or follow-up on he did with no hesitation and again was very polite and professional as was his entire crew. He made sure I was satisfied before he left. I would definitely use him again!

I was thrilled! Doug and his crew were punctual and neat and unobtrusive. They worked quickly and did a beautiful job. I was also happy to learn that Doug offers a lot of different services so I'm definitely thinking of having them back to take care of a few other things.

When I called, Doug answered right away. They had a cancellation for the afternoon, so he and the guys came right out. The windows on the house really were a left a mess by the painter. Doug and his crew did an amazing job. They were courteous and efficient. I will absolutely use them again. My only hesitation in recommending them to my clients would be a less than professional appearance. Otherwise, they did an outstanding job at what I felt was a very fair price!

I had an appointment time for them to arrive. They called about 30 minutes before to tell me they were on their way. Three men came. It was about the hottest day we have had so far. The humidity level was unbearable. They went right to work and did an excellent job.

Doug was to arrive at 10 am, but called to let me know he was running a little late. Showed up at the time we agreed too after talking and started to work immediately. I asked him if he would replace an outside spot light while he was up on the corner of my home. He said no problem. (Light was about 2 1/2 stories). He finished all work and never took a break. Very nice man and would definitely hire him again. Does very nice job.

They did very well. They came on time, and they did what they said they would do. They were also fairly priced. I would use them again in the future.

We were pleased that they came out and cleaned our windows. They came and cleaned inside the windows and outside as well. We were pleased with their services.

Doug arrived on time with a crew of two other workers. All were very nice and professional, and took care of everything in detail. Anything that was pointed out, was taken care of immediately, and they were very accommodating. They cleaned up after themselves. Thank you Doug and crew.

Doug & partner arrived on time, did a very good job in a short time, no mess, good price, plan on using D & K Window cleaning again.

The good feedback is that they were one of a few companies that could be reached on a Saturday. Someone came out the next day (Sunday) to do the work. The bad feedback is they did not have the appropriate equipment to do the job and had to come back another day. They didn't come back until 4 days later. After they completed the work, the gutters were still not functioning properly. The gutter that was to be re-attached was not properly done so that water continued to leak between the gutter and the house. We also found that the screws were not used to replace the nails in this section. In addition, we found out that another section of the gutter that did have screw replacements was filled with debris which they never told us about.

Our home is a two story colonial, which requires a large extension ladder to reach the guttering. We had recently had our home painted, so I was happy to see no ladder marks or damage to the shutters. The light strands took a little while to go up because the previous year's strand was blowing fuses. Also, no diagram had been created when taken down the previous year, so there was some confusion on which strand went where. However the bad strand was replaced without additional cost to us and the lights were situated such to provide the best illumination. The lines were straight and the bulbs well spaced. A few bulbs did go out within the first couple of weeks, but we decided not to have them come out to replace. The lights were down the same afternoon I called, however, I again received no lights diagram for the next year. They placed the lights in one large tub I provided. I stored. The overall results were very good, and the lights came down in a timely fashion.

Sean and his assistant did a thorough and effective job of cleaning the windows. They arrived a few minutes early, explained how they would tackle the various tasks, were extremely courteous and communicative throughout the day. They noticed paint on the windows, so they notified us what would be involved if they had to clean off the paint and allowed us to decide how to proceed. They moved furniture away from the windows, then moved it back after completing the inside of the windows. They also notified us about a couple of screens that required additional cleaning and showed us how to clean them ourselves to save money. They hung the Christmas lights after ensuring all were operational and safe. They cleaned out the gutters and bagged the waste. The job took them longer than expected due to buildup on the windows, but they willingly continued until everything was sparkling. While their estimate seemed high, it was less than others. In the end, we were very pleased with the results.

Very quick and very good job.

The crew was very personable and professional. They went to work immediately and kept at it until completion. There were a couple of ''trouble spot'' windows that had baked on rain spots, but they were able to make them shine. At final inspection, the areas noticed as missed were re-cleaned. The only issue was that a few smudges, especially in the corners of the storms, were not noticed until after they left. But overall, the windows looked 100% better, and it was worth the cost. I will use them again.

I have a steep roof and the guy who cleaned my gutters 'walked the roof' to do the job. Absolutely no safety equipment. The first good rain after the gutters were 'cleaned' resulted in a gutter overflow. It appears they do nothing to clean the down-spouts other than bang on them to clear any loose debris. Left a mess on the sidewalk and trampled my flowers. A complete waste of money. I won't be calling these guys again.
