I called the Smithville branch of this company to set up an appointment. I was given an appointment for the next day at the precise time I wanted. My vehicle was brought in the building as soon as they opened for business. The work was performed professionally in less than an hour. The woman working the counter was very polite and business like. The interior of the building was very clean and well laid out.

Very easy to work with, ask all the right questions to set me up with the proper hitch, wiring harness, and made sure I had the right accessories to haul a trailer. the installation was by appointment and no problems. Overall very good service and friendly and knowledgeable personnel.

These guys are knowledgeable and helpful. They sell new trailers at list price for the same price as most places give you after some serious negotiations. They offered no hassles, even to the point of not offering some add-ons that I should have bought the first stop, but didn't know I needed until later, then I had to drive back out a get them.
