What I got was a call 40 minutes after bringing in my unit where Ian tells me he has broken a piece that connects the power supply to the motherboard. The person who could beat assess and repair if possible would not be in for another two days. For compensation, the original work I brought the unit in for ($25 cost) I would get a 10% discount.
