CONSTRUCTION MASTER INC

After we moved into the home and experienced the first rain we quickly noticed that the last window that was worked on was not water tight. The top frame border of the window exterior was pointed towards the home instead of away and was not caulked/sealed properly. Water was leaking through the edges of the window inside the home and on to the breakfast room floor. I left two voice messages for Denny hoping that he would honor the bad work and come out and fix the window properly. I received a call several days later with the excuse of not calling sooner was because the message was left at the office number vs his mobile... He apologized and arranged to come out after 5pm the next day. Needless to say he never showed and never called. I left a voice message at his mobile number and after two weeks now I have never heard back from him. I do not see any excuse for this as it would of been a simple fix, or if he was too busy he could of at least called back. Unfortunately, now my family is stuck with a leaky window, some water damage and all the expenses that come with it.

We have used Construction Masters twice, going on three times for our commercial space. I have been so pleased with the work. Their bid came in far below most of the other bids we received and the quality of their work is unmatched. I feel like I got so much more for our money. They really go above and beyond. We are so proud of our office. I would HIGHLY recommend them. If you stopped by my office, or any the jobs he's done for that matter, I know you would be sold.
