It was checked out and there was nothing that they could see that made it slow. In laymen terms, I was impatient. The gentleman took over an hour of checking all parts of my computer, explaining, answering questions, etc. and did not charge me anything. I asked about a different computer and he looked at it, and answered the questions.

Ultimately, they diagnosed that nothing was wrong with the computer, yet I continued to have problems upon bringing the computer back to the house. I later learned that he was correct in his diagnosis because it was my monitor that was failing and causing the problems. However, I feel as though he should have at least been able to suggest that the monitor was to blame. Aside from this issue, they had a very competitive price and completed the diagnosis on schedule.

They are pretty effective in getting it done. It was a little slow, but that was because of massive snowstorm. It delayed getting the fan. They also tried to fix it without costing me quite as much, so that's kind of a good and a bad because they thought they could fix it and not cost me as much, but they didn't fix it, so it took longer. I would have preferred that they replace the fan right of the bad, but it's kind of good that they tried a lower cost way to fix it.
