Ultimately, they diagnosed that nothing was wrong with the computer, yet I continued to have problems upon bringing the computer back to the house. I later learned that he was correct in his diagnosis because it was my monitor that was failing and causing the problems. However, I feel as though he should have at least been able to suggest that the monitor was to blame. Aside from this issue, they had a very competitive price and completed the diagnosis on schedule.

"[member name removed] I appreciate the feedback, although I have a hard time understanding where ComputerMan would be at fault for a piece of equipment that was not brought to the store, therefore not providing us the opportunity to test it as well. While I understand your frustration of having a computer issue, it is important to understand that there are many components that can be a part of the overall issue. Without having all of them available for review, it is fairly difficult to isolate the issue a customer is having if the failing part did not make it to our store for diagnosis as well. Additionally, I am concerned that you felt you were unable to discuss the issue at greater length with my staff, as that is a vital component of my business I expect my staff to provide for each and every customer. They are pretty effective in getting it done. It was a little slow, but that was because of massive snowstorm. It delayed getting the fan. They also tried to fix it without costing me quite as much, so that's kind of a good and a bad because they thought they could fix it and not cost me as much, but they didn't fix it, so it took longer. I would have preferred that they replace the fan right of the bad, but it's kind of good that they tried a lower cost way to fix it.
