Terrible. The tech support person at the Computerman was totally uninterested in hearing a description of the problem the computer was having. I have never been treated so rudely by a service related company in my life.
Description of Work: Took my laptop into Computerman. Asked the tech guy if he wanted me to explain what the problem was. He told that he would run diagnositics to find problem. Tech guy obviously did not care why I was bringing my laptop in or what problems I was experiencing with my computer. He was going to tell me what the problems were that I was having. He would not listen to me. Took my laptop to Best Buy Geek Squad. Best Buy Geek Squad Tech person took time to listen to the problem description and went about solving the problem I reported. The only thing the Computerman cares about is his own opinion!
