Classic Hardwoods

Owner was exceptionally responsive and came same day for estimate.  Estimate was fair and they were flexible in what dates they could perform the services.  Initial pass of floors contained some spottiness and brush marks.  Once brought to the attention of the owner, he immediately sent out an expert to make and correct the issues.  Overall we were satisfied and would be willing to work with them again; however we would have more of a presence at the location while the work was being completed.

We had one room on our main level that was carpeted and the rest of the rooms/hall was hardwoods. They installed hardwood and stained the room and the color was almost an exact match which is amazing since this original flooring was installed 3 years ago. There were a few issues, the owner had some health issues so the schedules were not on track, started a week later and the workers usually arrived 1-2 hours late each day. I did not like picking up cigarette butts outside my front door but have to say the floor looks beautiful and I would use them again and recommend them. They are true artists.
