I was happy with them. I asked them to check our van before we took a big vacation and they did a thorough job. They had a pre-printed checklist that they went over with me and made a suggestion about work that needed to be done. I asked if the work they were recommending could wait until after our vacation and they said yes. They did not pressure me to do anything unnecessary. Their waiting room was comfortable and clean.

Selected this shop based on location of where our vehicle broke down. Shop was busy with cold weather snap, many cars needing repairs in front of ours. It was communicated to us that it would be a few days before it could be looked at. Repairs were completed before estimated timeline. Detailed explanation was given to what repairs were needed. Service manager was very professional. I felt that we received honest work on our vehicle and would go back.

Christian brothers were the fifth provider I went to check to check out an oil leak. The others were too high, and one was questionable. The technicians at this place said the leak was coming from the oil pan primarily. They also offered to put in a translucent dye to see if it was coming from somewhere else, but I declined owing to price constraints. Since my apartment
house is about 16 miles away. I needed a ride to get there and back unless I wanted to wait around for a few hours. However,
they gave me a ride home and back for free. The work was completed on time and I was very pleased at my treatment. The
facility is immaculate, and the waiting area is actually pretty. They also bring you coffee if you want it. Overall, a great
experience.

Excellent customer service and follow-through. Very impressed and satisfied.
They got us right in and did the work the very next day of our initial call. It may have been more expensive than other places although they had such a quick turn-around and great communication with us, we would definitely go back.

They are the most honest, friendly and accommodating auto shop we have ever used in our 35 years of married life. We have lots of horror stories, but never from Christian Brothers. We take all 3 vehicles for any type of service, from simple oil changes to major service work. Always on time, clean, and helpful.

They got me in and were very friendly but when I got my tires they did not give me any paper work on them. It did not show whether I had roadside assistance or anything like that. Their prices were too high but they were very kind about taking me home instead of having me wait there for hours while my car was being serviced.

"As we explained to (member name removed), we are not a tire store but sell them, at our cost, as a service to our customers. I guarantee our price was lower than anywhere else she could have gone. We also tell everyone that buys tires that only the manufacturer's tire warranties apply and that there is no roadside assistance or free rotate and tire balance available since we sell them at cost. The only profit we make is on the labor for tires but it is minimal since the labor charge is only 15 minutes per tire. If (member name removed) reads this, I would ask her to please check around and let me know if anyone could have sold her the same tires for less. I will also give her a call to make sure there aren't any other issues for her."

Felt some vibration or pulsation coming from the brake pedal and steering wheel during braking on my wife's 2006 Acura TSX. I called Christian Brother's after finding them on Angie's List and because of previous good reviews and their close distance to our house I decided to give them a try. I made an appt. for the following morning to drop off my car and after a short time I was called and notified of the problem and cost to fix it. I authorized the work and a short time later I was called to inform me it was complete. I was very please with the process and their shop as a whole. I'm always skeptical about getting work done on a car but I feel I know have a place that I can trust.

The experience was great; they quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to fix it the same day I took the car in. The pricing might not always be the cheapest but it is fairly competitive with other companies and the quality of work is outstanding. It is a good, reliable and dependable auto service company.

Very well, we sent an email requesting the shop call our father directly. The shop did exactly as we requested. They worked with our father calling him throughout the day with updates on the diagnosis of the problem. They even gave Dad a ride home so he wouldn't have to wait at the shop. We are very pleased. Thank you to the other Angie's list reviewers for helping us find a great auto repair shop!
