 + -1 moreWORKING WITH CHRIS AND HIS COMPANY WAS ABSOLUTELY A NIGHTMARE. HE WAS TERRIBLE AT RETURNING PHONE CALLS AND WAS NEVER ON-SITE TO WATCH OVER HIS SUBCONTRACTORS. I HAD TO VISIT THE HOME SITE EVERY NIGHT TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEM... PULLING HALF-EATEN TACOS THAT WERE SHOVED DOWN THE VENTS, BEER CANS FROM THE INSULATION AND BOTTLES FILLED WITH SUSPICIOUS-LOOKING LEMONADE. THE YARD WAS FILLED WITH DEBRIS INCLUDING HUGE ROCKS AND LARGE WOOD SCRAPS THAT THEY WERE JUST PLANNING ON LAYING SOD OVER.
Description of Work: CHRIS GEORGE HOMES BUILT A 1.5 STORY HOUSE IN A NICE RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION IN SOUTH OVERLAND PARK. THE HOUSE WAS ALREADY IN PROGRESS OF BEING BUILT BY THE TIME WE BOUGHT IT.
