Their staff includes retired FBI and law enforcement officials. They are technically knowledgeable. They offer courses and have different ranges and also a retail area. It's kind of hard to find but once you do, you will continue to go back.

Very easy check in process with little to no wait on this "ladies night".  Range Safety Officer was present and interacted respectfully with my girlfriend when he observed her being less than safe with her handgun.

Very clean and run in a professional manner. Good for family shooting, usually free cookies and coffee.
I am new to the sport and received a lot of helpful advice for proper shooting form, plus they have a number of different brands and calibers of pistols to rent. It is very helpful in deciding which type would suit a person.
My daughter and I go together when we have the chance, although she can shoot at home anytime, she has appreciated the help and trying the various guns.
As far as cost, I beleive they are in the same range as the others, but have not looked in detail.

Their service was good. They are just knowledgeable and personable.
