They provided removal of a honey locust tree, which is not a fun job, and I stressed during the bid process that cleanup of all the thorns and debris was my main priority as I have a toddler who frequently uses our backyard. The removal was fine, and timely, however, the cleanup was unacceptable and the owner was unapologetic, and had excuses for his Crews lack of accountability. I did not ask for any money back, or a discount due to the bad service, simply communicated my displeasure with an owner, and he was combative and dismissive.

They are dishonest.

Says he is going to do something and then he did not get it done.

I assume they did what they needed to do. But they cut off a whole lot more than what I was e pecting, like a bad haircut. However they cleaned up and hauled everything away. I was told the tree will sprout new leaves & limbs in time.. hope this is true.

He was great! I would totally recommend them. He came out that day to give us an estimate and removed the tree that was badly cracked at the trunk the next day. Very nice as well!

Effectient working crew,3 men,timely availibility, hydraulic arm equipment. 3 hour job, 2 large limbs removed. Safely roped large sections to ground. Overpriced,imo, 30%, billed $1550.00. Get diagram of work to be done prior.

The price for their work kept sliding up and down. Confused, I let them get away with it. We agreed beforehand that stacking the logs and making the place neater was part of the job. They walked away without doing that. Two hours work for three guys for $2,000. For some reason the boss required that I write two different checks that totaled $2,000. That's odd.

Excellent job trimming damage portion of tree and removing debris from storm damage. Contractor was professional and they were able to take care of the project quickly.

I contacted Chris and he provided an estimate the next day. After comparing it to several others, I hired Chris and C&D Tree Service. He scheduled the work for the following Monday. It consisted of trimming 2 trees and removing 2 other 40+ foot pair trees. They completed the work in less than 2 days during 100-degree temperatures. Chris and his team were professional, courteous and efficient throughout the project. It was very easy to work with Chris. I highly recommend Chris and C&D Tree Service for any tree service projects.

Christ, Q, and Jacob came by to remove about seven trees approxmitaley six foot tall tree/shrubs and two pine trees in our back yard. They were professional and quickly completed the job.
