Calvert's Express Auto Service and Tire

I went to Calverts Express to have the transmission fluid changed in my wifes car. While there I took advantage of a free brake inspection that was offered because sometimes the car makes a noise from the front end. Jerry of Calverts Express told me that the inspection showed that the rotors were warped and I needed a $300 brake job. I tried to contact my wife at her work but was unable to get in touch with her. I told Jerry that I wasn't planning on spending $300 on brakes, he then stated that I only had 20% pad life left. I told him again I didnt have that money to spend, jerry than lowered the price to $250. I oked the job.When I got home and looked at the paperwork the shop had given me in contained the written report from the mechanic. It stated that the pads had 50% life and no notation was made about and rotor problems. I then called and complained to the district manager. He state he would look into.   When my wife got home she was very upset because she had put new pads and rotors on the car one year, which I had totally forgotten about.  I spoke to the district manager the next day and told him I felt we were ripped off. He offered a 50% refund on the brake job, I wasn't really satisfied but accepted the offer. When I showed at the shop for the refund, I was told I would on get $52.57 back not the $125 I thought was agreed upon. I asked for my old parts back, first I was told I could get the old pads back but when I didnt take the lower refund they wouldnt give back my old parts.
