+ 0 moreBroke several promises to me over the course of two days, and indicated to me on three separate occasions that work for other customers was more important than the work I needed.Their plumber showed up 30 minutes late to the 8:30 appointment, and left to take care of another customer. They canceled a 3:30 appointment that same day on 10 minutes notice citing another customer they were working at, and then were 45 minutes late to an appointment the next afternoon, again saying they had another customer to deal with. They said they'd be there for sure at 5:00, and never showed up then either. Their plumber also didn't return at least two phone calls.
Description of Work: I called them to have two jobs done on my house, the first a clogged kitchen sink, and the second having a water line tapped for a refrigerator ice maker.

+ -1 moreI would give them and A grade! Everything was excellent! Normally I'm sure the price they charged would be more with other competitor companies then for what they charged me. I would use them again.
