Broke several promises to me over the course of two days, and indicated to me on three separate occasions that work for other customers was more important than the work I needed.Their plumber showed up 30 minutes late to the 8:30 appointment, and left to take care of another customer. They canceled a 3:30 appointment that same day on 10 minutes notice citing another customer they were working at, and then were 45 minutes late to an appointment the next afternoon, again saying they had another customer to deal with. They said they'd be there for sure at 5:00, and never showed up then either. Their plumber also didn't return at least two phone calls.
Description of Work: I called them to have two jobs done on my house, the first a clogged kitchen sink, and the second having a water line tapped for a refrigerator ice maker.

This customer was a "new" customer that needed an emergency call for a kitchen sink clog. I squeezed the call into our schedule. When scheduling I can not give specific times but usually a two hour window and offer a 30 minute call when the plumber is headed. When the plumber arrived at the call the customer failed to mention the other plumbing related problems he needed taken care of. The plumber did not have the parts for the rest of the work that was not mentioned during the initial telephone call. When trying to reschedule to come back to do all of the work needed the customer was unwilling to schedule a time without a two hour window. The customer needed a specific time and my company is unable to give specific times. We always schedule a two hour window and will give a 30 minute courtesy call when headed. We were only at this customers house one time. The customer cancelled the service call when we couldn't show up to his demanded time. The plumber and office made several attempts to accomodate the customer and was not able to satisfy his demands.

I would give them and A grade! Everything was excellent! Normally I'm sure the price they charged would be more with other competitor companies then for what they charged me. I would use them again.
