They did a clean, efficient job. On time and professional.  Cost was better than other quotes, and got to the work before others could too.  I would have no problem using again.   Our tile installer has already booked him for a job after seeing the work, and pricing too.  I got price up front, and that is what they stayed with.

Part was installed and shower faucet does not leak anymore.

Once in my home it took this company's mechanic less than 60 seconds to, with one Allen wrench, free up my garbage disposal - then (and only then) informed I owed him $125 to do so. I spoke with this company twice before they came. At no time did they tell me is would cost $125 just for they man to show up. It should also be noted that the technician that performed this service was in my area already. You have been warned!

Initial pump replacement was good and fairly priced ($375 total for labor + new sump pump which looks to be $250 online. So $125 for labor + service call). Worked great until last night when it failed. Called Bill this morning and he sent out one of his guys first thing, he replaced the pump, verified it worked and was out the door. No service call or charge of any sort!

Overall, the job was done well, and everything works fine - but, $275 labor for 2 hours of work - be sure you understand absolutely everything up front before you go ahead with these guys.

The plumber came the next day after the initial appointment. We had re-scheduled. I'm not sure why but they didn't seem to have a record of my first appointment. Due to extreme summer heat and busy schedule, they asked to postpone until the next day. This was okay with me. The man who came was very nice and worked quickly. He connected a new stone sink and faucet after I had had new countertops and sink installed the day before. He cleaned up after himself and even took away the old sink. The scheduling issue was not a huge problem but was a bit inconvenient due to the fact I didn't have water in my kitchen. The postponement was really only half a day so could be lived with. The quality of the work was very good so all has turned out fine.

BILL AND HIS PARTNER GARY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL PLUMBERS. THEY TAKE THEIR JOBS VERY SERIOUSLY AND CONSCIENTIOUSLY. WE PLAN TO CONTINUE CALLING BILL'S PLUMBING FOR ANY AND ALL IMPROVEMENTS AND REPAIRS.
