The crew was careless in removing the old roof. In addition to the roof, they tore off the gutter covers (something not visible from the ground) and damaged some of the gutters as well. The crew did not provide protection for the side of the house or window frames. They also damaged one window frame on the lower level. I did not see the missing gutter covers until I climbed up the ladder to address a different issue. I contacted Robert about the damage, but that was unfortunately several weeks after I paid him. He has stalled and delayed, and complained that I waited too long (weeks??). He keeps delaying, promising someone will be out, but months have passed with no repair. My recommendation is to avoid this company.

very frustrated with this company. Would not recomend them. They failed to show up when expected showed up on a day that suited them after I had made arrangements for the expected day they would replace my roof. Work was not done to a high degree of quality. it has been almost 4 months and I have yet to receive any paperwork on the warranty for my roof.

Was on time for the appointment, very professional.  Identified and fixed the problem.  We were very satisfied.

Provider was very prompt. I originally contacted him for an estimate and he came out same day to do an estimate. Then once I had chosen him for the job (He was by far the lowest bid) they were immediately ready to conduct the work. Literally a 5 day turn around from the day he did the estimate to do the day they performed the job.  His crew showed up promptly early in the morning and spent a descent amount of time prepping the house, moving items away from house, covering areas and garage doors.   The entire job was almost completed in one day but due to the time of year with short days  and an accident that occurred on site which caused an hour delay they did have to come back the next morning to finish up which is totally understandable. Once completed the main contractor conducted a final inspection to make sure everything looks good and the crew was very diligent in going around the yard making sure all debris were picked up.  Overall they did a wonderful job and the roof looks great however I will note the only blemish to the experience was the 2+ weeks after they completed the work to come back and do a final inspection, present me with my paperwork, and do some additional cleanup of material that was left in the yard.

It went fine.  No complaints !

Owner arrived for measurement and quote as committed.  While he was still on site, we received clear input on roof size and cost.  He agreed to match shingles used on new detached garage.  All material was received on time and staged properly. Workers arrived promptly as promised.  Work started immediately.  Preparation to protect our house and landscaping from roof debris was completed first.
The team of roofers was hard working and focused.  Their efforts were well coordinated.  Their work product was excellent.  Clean up was thorough and complete.  This was a big job on a complicated roof, but was completed in two days, as promised.  Business owner was direct, honest,pleasant and thorough in all communications.   Overall this was a  terrific value and excellent job.  I would recommend this business unconditionally.

The provider was prompt, very professional and knowledgeable.  He gave us great information and did not try to sell us a new roof or services we did not require.  I would use him again and recommend him highly.

The person was reasonably nice and professional, but I'm overall disappointed with the value of the deal.  Provider showed up late and spent roughly 10 minutes at my house.  He did reseal some parts of my roof, but did not do any interior inspection or provide any photos as noted in the description of the deal.  I would not recommend this deal.

My yard was cleaned after each time they were finished for the day. The crew was very respectful. I would definitely refer them to everyone.

We are very happy with the work he performed. We got a few quotes from other providers, and the one that came the closest to his was $7,500 and we pay $2,300 less!
