Dave came over and we reviewed the project. He took the vent info with him, called the manufacturer with installation and performance questions, he called the retailer,and talked to the salesman with more research info.for the job. We set a date for the installation. He kept me informed on what they were doing and what to expect as results. He left informative messages with me to give you and Jim that would benefit this project. He worked very well with his co worker and was giving her the opportunity to take charge on the project. That I believe is most unusual. They reviewed all the directions together, that was enclosed with the item to be installed, before starting this project. I was very comfortable with them being in your home. I asked for his business card before he left. I would use him in my home for electrical projects.
