"I know back in September when we cleaned for this member we had a new staff member who wasn't getting all the detail work. Its not easy when someone starts to have them catch all the details. Most new hires go straight for the obvious like counter tops but don't think about getting walls or tops of fridges. We do double check work but may not catch everything that gets missed. I did use a feather duster on two shelves in her home the reason is that these shelves were full of glass plates, knick knacks, and antiques. On my second visit there after moving a plate and a few items to dust when I placed the items back and moved to another shelf the plate slid crashing onto the glass shelf and knocking a few items off breaking one. I do my best to be careful with items but this felt like a disaster waiting to happen. My decision was to check the shelf if it was dirty I would remove the items and if it wasn't I would feather dust. When you are responsible if something breaks you tend to be more cautious. As for the stairs we discovered the issue with those around the fifth visit. Thou we were vacuuming them we had to use a high setting for the carpet and needed to have a lower setting for the stairs. The vacuum wasn't sucking enough to clean them being set so high. I don't recall bragging about being an expert on anything. I do recall her commenting on us moving fast and explaining some of the things I have seen from a few cleaners that caused them to be slower getting stuff done. I am not perfect and don't claim to be."
"This was an elderly woman and after reading her account of the day I feel that there were several miscommunications and assumptions. When we arrived she stated that she wanted the main level done, she did not want the inside of the fridge or oven done ( don't know if she didn't mean to say fridge or if we misheard her), and that her main concerns were the dusting, cabinets and blinds. As we were cleaning the kitchen the product we were using was not doing a great job tackling the grease so we asked what she used in hopes it would do better. She asked that we move the furniture when we vacuumed when we were done she directed us on where to put it with the exception of a few things she wanted to put away herself. (I guess there were things we thought she wanted to put away that she wanted us to do not really sure). As we got close to finishing our jobs we did a walk through of the house, she asked if we had done the basement and we said no we then asked if she wanted us to but she turned and walked into another room without responding (she initially said just the main floor). She pointed out the bathroom mirror but stood by as we cleaned it and in general all of her comments were fine or good. After we fixed the items she did mention to us we asked if there was anything else, she said no and we left. It is normal for us to place items by the door as we finish so we don't accidentally leave something and I guess this gave the impression that we were in a hurry. I will be contacting her to see if there is a way to resolve this as it is not our goal to leave anyone dissatisfied."
"This customer purchased a big deal for $199. This deal did not have a time limit, was for the whole house and included the inside of stove and fridge. Her main concern that I can tell is the price. I am not provided with any customer information before these are purchased. I have had a few people contact me before hand and I was able to let them know if this would actually save them money or direct them towards the best deal for the size of their home. If you purchase a deal like this and you feel as if the time spent is not equivalent to the deal you expected please contact us directly and we will be happy to resolve the issue."
