Being a first-time home buyer and having worked in home remodeling I'm sure I was even overly critical of the inspector performing the inspection. He was prompt and sparing with both his time and patience as well as eagerness to answer any and all questions I had. I was quickly relieved of worry and doubt as I watched how thorough of a job was done.
The inspector was very amicable and professional including attentive to areas even I didn't see or think to check. His final assessment was detail oriented and filled with information I could then act on accordingly which was of great benefit. Overall I would definitely work with them again and am quite pleased with their service. Would confidently recommend to others as well.

Woody Ludwig, owner, was already working outside when we arrived 10 minutes early for our 8 a.m. appointment. He had more equipment than we knew exsisted from previous house inspections in other states. He used a subcontractor for a termite inspection. He was also a gentleman. Woody was thorough and meticulous, careful with his ladder and equipment - not to damage freshly painted walls and new carpet. As he proceeded, he took pictures, inside and out, to support his written assessments and comments. He gave us valuable insight into estimated age of appliances, air conditioner, furnace and water heater. When he finished, he sat down and summarized his findings and answered all of our questions with no appearance of haste.
He gave us a rapid estimate when my husband contacted him and arranged an appointmenr within 4 days - important on a 10-day Freddie Mac deadline. He delivered a preliminary report by email the morning after inspection, including excellent, quality pictures, and concluded it 2 days later when the radon monitor was retrieved. His estimate was the least expensive of three we checked. And, he is Kansas and Missouri certified. We would recommend him to anyone needing quality service by a true professional gentleman.
