VERY punctual. Professional attitude, personable, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. These guys are the real deal, treating customers as they should. They have become my "Go To" for all things sprinkler-related.

Setting up the service was fine. But on the day of service, they called to say they would be 15 minutes late, which is fine, but they ended up being two hours late without any additional call. This was a problem because it conflicted with other yard work being done. We were then told that the backflow valve needed to be replaced, which we agreed to. They showed up unannounced to replace the backflow valve, but then had to return again later that day to finish the work. After the valve was replaced, my wife asked that the system be checked, but he refused to do so, saying it wasn't necessary, and he wouldn't even turn on the system, saying it was going to rain the next day, so why would we turn it on? When we checked the system ourselves, we found a number of heads missing or not working in the flower beds as well as the lawn. When I called him about this, he said that he had checked the system and showed my wife that everything was working, so our lawn service must have broken the heads. This was an outright lie. He never showed my wife anything, and even refused to turn on the system. The heads broken in the lawn might have been damaged by our lawn service, but the malfunctioning heads in the flower beds are nowhere near where they work. At that point, I refused to speak with him further. We paid him and sent him on his way. I will work with any company that wishes to make things right, but I have zero tolerance for dishonesty and someone trying to throw my wife "under the bus." Furthermore, we never received an estimate for the work and were unpleasantly surprised at the final cost. The owner(?)/head person was condescending and borderline rude. They were late and non-communicative, not respecting our time. I have informed the business that recommended them to us of their treatment, and suggested they stop referring customers to them.

Adam was terrific and very thorough. We had many areas needing repair. Highly recommend!!

We will not use any other company moving forward for anything related to our sprinkler system. They were prompt, professional, reasonably priced and really nice. I highly recommend them!

The work was outstanding and the price very reasonable. They not only accommodated our schedule but they came back a 2nd time to make minor re-adjustments to our sprinkler head coverage in order to optimize the system for us. They also installed a french drain on the edge of our patio which works wonderfully, even during heavy rainfalls (whereas in the past we ended up with a large puddle on this corner of the patio).  Another nice thing about ASAP Service and Repair is that it is a father/son owned business. When you need something done by them, you speak directly with Owen Melius (father) or Adam Melius (son). Both are extremely customer-oriented, responsive and knowledgeable.

I would very highly recommend them. They got back to me fast. They were professional and knew what they were doing, came out right away, came when they said they were going to and all that kind of good stuff. I would use them again in the future.

I waited too long to contact them about winterizing our sprinkler system, but they worked me in and took care of it.

I was very impressed with the guy that came out. He was very knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend them to anybody else. When I called them they made an appointment they came out on time so I think they are very reliable. I would use them again.

They were here right on time - removed boots every time they came in house. Adam came back in the Fall of 2013 to install another line in the system. Came when he said he would and finished within a couple of hours. When he was finished, you could hardly tell where he had cut out the sod to run the line. Very thorough - professional - efficient, etc. Will definitely use this company again and recommend them.

I have worked with ASAP several times to have changes and adjustments made to my sprinkling system. Owen and Adam are always extremely courteous, prompt, professional and happy to take time to explain and talk things through with you. The charges have always been appropriate. I would highly recommend them!
