Phillip arrived on time, was appropriately friendly and courteous.  He protected our wood floors by laying down tarp before walking on them.  A board was needed to stabilize the bike pulleys he was installing; we didn't have anything appropriate so he made a quick trip to purchase what was needed.  We were impressed and will definitely call him when we have any work to be done.

We highly recommend Phil Fink for any repair or rehab needs around the house. He did an excellent job of repairing the holes and cuts made during our emergency plumbing work. He's a nice guy and a pleasure to work with. His estimates are fair and his work is high quality. We hope to use him again soon.

He charged a very reasonable price, was willing to do whatever needed to be done to get the tree planted, even having to remove several large rocks by hand.  Overall I am very satisfied.  The tree is nice and straight and looks great.  I'm starting to see small blades of grass everywhere.  I intend to have Philip do all my yardwork next year and also have him do some home repairs that are long overdue.

I have known Phil Fink for years and used his services several times before, so I knew who to call when I had large holes in walls exceeding my own ability to repair. Phil arrived and knew exactly what to do to support the new drywall from behind and smooth it (3 visits total including installation and first coat of drywall "mud" and two follow up visits to smooth and apply additional coats of "mud." Prompt service, no mess, no fuss, reasonable price.
