I called Ted, from Arrest-A-Pest to look at a mouse problem I had in the basement. Apparently some mice got in the house my chewing thru the insulation by the AC cables on the side of the house. I already had setup some traps prior to the visit and caught a few of the critters. Ted, came to the house, looked thru the basement and helped me find the holes that had to be fixed. He was punctual, professional, and willing to explain things. I'd recommend Ted to anyone with a critter problem!

It was great and I will call Arrest-A-Pest again in the future. Arrest-A-Pest was prompt, efficient and considerate of my allergies. All my questions were answered and the problems abated. My apologies for forgetting to write my review. Overall, the quality of the customer service was the best and is one of the reasons I'm back on Angie's List to select another vendor for other services.

We are off to a great start and could not be happier with Ted's service. I just met Ted Garcia the other other day, as he had come highly recommended - and I see why. Ted had a genuine conversation with me to understand my worries, questions and concerns. From there he educated me with helpful advice, recommendations and showed me specifically where he can offer help on this particular home. There is no hiding the passion in his work; he was very personable and answered all of my questions, with no agenda of making a sale. I could write several long paragraphs of my positive experience, but I hope others read this. You will not be disappointed. If you want someone to put care into your home, this is your guy.

The owner, Ted Garcia, came by to perform the service. He concentrated mostly on our ongoing ant problem and maintenance to various other insects and small pests. We are VERY pleased with Ted and his level of service. He was on time, greeted me with his very friendly personality, was professional, and thorough. I appreciated his knowledge and enthusiasm in his expertise. Most of all, he was very friendly with our big black lab. He assured me our dog would be just fine around the chemical spray and that it is not harmful to him. We will definitely be setting up a maintenance program with him and his Arrest-A-Pest company.

Fantastic! Ted is the epitome of a small biz owner who cares of his service, products, and reputation. He was responsive, punctual, knowledgeable, and professional.
