Noticed a lot less insects almost immediately, especially the carpenter ants.

They were very nice and conscientious. Once or twice I saw some bugs after they had done their job and they came back without any problem and took care of it. They didn't charge me anything for it because they obviously missed a something or a spot. Any time I had any question, the fella that came, it was always the same guy that came, was always there to answer questions. I just felt that they cared. They care about how good their service was. They cared about taking care of their patrons.

They show up when they say they are going to show up and do what they are supposed to do.

Over the holidays, I was away when a squirrel got into my basement.
Laurie from American Pest Management returned my call and stepped in right away to help. She arranged for staff to meet meet me the next morning at the same time as some of my other appointments so that I wouldn't need to arrange to be there multiple times. I was tremendously impressed by her professionalism and flexibility.
Although the squirrel subsequently died, they were able to confirm the possible entry points and that there were no additional issues to worry about so that I could rest more easily. I will definitely use their services in the future.

They came out the day that I called, they arrived on time, and they did a good job for a reasonable price.

American Pest Management answered all our questions and provided excellent service at a reasonable price.

When they came out to get rid of a squirrel in the attic it was an additional charge because they had to set up a live trap. They ended up putting up some additional flashing and sealed the hole. The squirrel went someplace else.

I went with these guys because I couldn't get rid of some Indian Meal Moths and they guaranteed to get rid of them. And they did. That has been about 8 years ago and I have stuck with them. They are always on time and they keep all the pests under control.

Their technicians are very friendly, cooperative and knowledgeable. They bend over backwards. One time one technician did some carpentry work because there was a hole that was a problem for pests to get into and he just covered it up. This was clearly outside his requirement but he just did it and I thought it was really something. Their price is reasonable and in the ball park of everybody else if not lower. They don't bother us to make an appointment but they do send reminders. They are a very good company to work it.

I called American Pest Management and requested that the gutter cleaning be done before the fall yard cleanup was scheduled. Although they had only a couple of days notice they arrived on time, a day ahead of the yard work.
Marty did most of the work and he was efficient and careful not to damage the gutters. The driveway, walk, front porch, and deck were all blown clean after the gutters were emptied.
i am pleased with their performance and would use the company again for gutter cleaning and any other services they provide.

I've been using APC at my rental properties for 5 years for pest and termite control and their prices and service are outstanding. My personal home was recently invaded by tiny sugar ants and APC was the first call I made. They had a rep out the very next day to treat for the ants. One application and no more ants!
