I contacted Mr. Frank Gatto from AllState Roofing back in July of 2011 to provide an estimate on a small roof repair (I had noticed some small damage to my roof I thought).  In the course of the estimate Mr. Gatto found major hail and wind damage to my roof and suggested that I contact my insurance company.  I did, an insurance adjuster came out, and agreed that our roofs had sustained major damage, along with the awnings and gutter downspouts.  I contacted Mr. Gatto again, he came out and said they would provide the roofing, gutter and awning replacement and would work directly with our insurance company.  By the time this was all done, it was October 2011, mainly due to waiting to see if the insurance company would approve the statement of work, which they finally did, and additional wind damage sustained from another storm in July. Once we got the insurance company approval, work began.  Between October 2011 and Feb 2012 all the work was completed.  The installers were fantastic, to include the sub-contractors that AllState Roofing used for the steel roofs on our outbuildings and our aluminum awnings.  The worksmanship was top notch all around and Frank and the other bosses worked with me so that we could be onsite for the work, despite our work schedule.  Clean up was top notch. I strongly recommend AllState Roofing to anyone that wants quality work done right.  I will use them again and have them on speed dial in my iPhone, especially Frank!

It went very well.  It is a bit overwhelming when you have several people on your roof and shingles all around during the tear-out process but they were very clean and always picked up any trash/nails/etc. at the end of the day.  Jason had spent more time explaining things to me than other roofers who also came to bid on my roof so I knew what to expect.  He even found things on my  original insurance claim (ice and water shield) that my adjuster missed and that are standard Overland Park code for new roofs so I was thankful for that.  He brought several samples of shingles to my house and helped me with style/selection and choosing gutter colors and made sure my choices were all approved by my Homeowner's Association before he began building.  Jason was always available by phone if I had questions/concerns and he also helped me better understand the information I was receiving from my insurance company as well.  He was there everyday before I left for work to make sure everything was going smoothly.  There was somewhat of a delay because the temperatures during July were so hot (several days of 100+ degree heat) the roofers had to take breaks during the day to make sure they didn't get heat exhaustion.  Jason would bring extra coolers of water/food for them and fans so they didn't get heat exhaustion.  Although it did take a couple of extra days longer than I had planned on I thought it spoke highly of hte company that they were concerned for the employees health and brought them supplies to keep them cool.
