They are very honest.  They have a fair price.  They are friendly and efficient.

I was approximately 20 miles from ATand L when radiator fluid started spraying from under the hood. I called and relayed to them that it was a horizontal crack in the overflow tank. They advised me to refill the radiator and tank up to the crack and I would be okay to drive it to their location; and I was. They ordered in the part the next day and installed it. I picked up the car about 5:30 P.M. that day and I have had no problems in the week since.

I explained that I thought I could do it myself but was concerned about the airbag. They showed me that this was the easy one to replace and they could do it for $$$ much if I wanted but could probably do it myself if I wanted to save money. I did it myself, worked fine and no exploding airbag. No giving me some story about how they needed to do it. I will always go back to them.

My son was told by another auto center that his brakes/rotors were bad and would cost him nearly $800 to fix.
He got a second opinion from All Tune and Lube. They said his brakes were good for another 10,000 miles and didn't charge him a penny to check them.
When my brakes started squeaking last weekend I took my 2003 Toyota Matrix to All Tune last Monday (11/12).
I got there about 3 to make an appointment to get my car in for an evaluation, thinking I would have to come back. I was wrong.
They immediately pulled my car in, took all 4 tires off and said I only needed my front brakes replaced.
It took about an hour and my cost was only $150.
Everyone there is very friendly and professional.
Dan is wonderful. Very nice and easy to talk to.
He made sure I knew what was going on, what they were going to do and it would get done correctly and quickly.
I was very impressed with their honesty and will go there again with any future auto problems I may have.

Everyone is friendly and open to questions about services needed (and why, what caused it, etc.). Service is prompt, efficient, and great care is taken with the cleanliness of service (no one gets into your car without the protective mats, etc.). While there isn't the concierge service that I would get at an auto dealer, neither is there the higher fees!

Nice people in a nice shop...fastidiously clean work...made sure I was getting the proper service and even made phone calls to double check the service schedule and proper parts for my vehicle...would recommend and will use again.

Transmission quit working. I thought it would be a much more expensive problem but they replace a cable and that took care of it.

I had a vibration in the front end of my truck after I had done some work on it myself. I was unable to find it. Also, I thought that I probably needed an alignment, so based on some favorable reviews on Angie's List, I called All Tune and Lube on Sat. 5/12 and made an appointment for 5/15 at 13:00. When I arrived they found me in their system immediately. The receptionist wrote up the ticket: Diagnose vibration in front end. Check alignment. She also wrote on the ticket and quot;Please call customer, he has a couple other things to discussand quot;. The note was highlighted in orange. No way to miss it. Anyway, 16:00 rolled around and the receptionist call to tell me that the truck was finished. I told her that no one had called me. She just seemed flustered, but she didn't offer to get the mechanic or a manager. I went and picked up the truck about 17:30. The guy (mechanic) at the desk wasn't apologetic. When I questioned an $85 labor charge to tighten 4 bolts, he immediately dropped it to $65. He had nothing to say about the fact that I'd requested a diagnosis - not a repair. There is nothing on the paperwork about an alignment. He also never asked what else I wanted to talk to a mechanic about or offered to connect me with a manager.
I won't be going back there. They don't take the time to listen to a customer. They performed an unauthorised repair. I don't know what, if anything, they did about the alignment. They didn't apologise for messing up.

I didn't have any work done. I had been told that my brakes were 80 percent shot at one point by somebody else. I went in to All Tune and Lube and was going to have my brakes redone. They called me back and actually told me they didn't need to be done. They didn't charge me a thing so I was very pleased with them. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again. They were very honest. When I told them that the brakes were 80 percent shot, they called me back and told me that the brakes were still 50 percent good.

Dan called me to advise that a new ignition coil was needed and got my permission to replace it. I asked him about whether it needed a tuneup and he said, yes, and that they did it already.

It was great. They are very helpful. They are very honest and do not try to sell you something that you do not need. They are also very friendly. You can put your full trust into this company.

About two months ago I had my daughter's Honda Civic towed to their facility late one Sunday night, filled out an envelope and asked them to find what caused a loss of coolant that had just disabled her car and estimate the repair. I received a call Monday from All Tune that a small radiator hose had blown. They repaired the hose, replace the antifreeze and drove the car around. They charged my less than $50 and the car continues to operate without incident today. My second visit occurred earlier this week. My wife's car had a grinding noise in the front end that was noticeable only at low speeds. I took her 2004 Honda Odyssey in and asked them to investigate the problem and call me with what they found. Initially both the manger and I suspected the problem sounded like the wheel bearings. I received a call from All Tune later that same day. They said the problem was a combination of low air in the front tires and the front end brakes lightly rubbing on the rotors when the car turned corners. They ground some rust off of the rotors too. I asked how much is going to cost me for putting air in the tires and they said NOTHING! They had spent more than an hour investigating the problem. I had also asked them to perform a general inspection of her car. They told me that oil needed changing so I had them perform that work. $60 for a full synthetic oil change. These guys could have gotten away with a wheel bearing change (a few hundred $$) without anyone the wiser... except them of course. But, All Tune chose to do the honest thing and not repair something that wasn't broken... and then not charge me for their effort when nothing needed to be repaired. Not only were they honest but they were also just nice people. I'm taking all of my cars and my kids cars to these guys from now on.

All Tune was awesome. I would definitely use them again. Honest. Fair. Responsive. I couldn't ask for more.

Our mini-van has been having the brake light come on periodically so I called Steve @ All Tune and Lube to see if he work us in on an otherwise very busy Saturday. Steve encouraged me to go ahead and bring it in and they'd check it out for me. A little later in the day I got a call from Steve telling me that it was likely just some dust on the brakes. Everything was fine. When I came in to pick up the mini-van he wouldn't take any money for the time they spent checking out the brakes. What great customer service! We're sold on Steve and All Tune and Lube. They're OUR exclusive repair service.

I've visited All Tune and Lube three times in the last few months, most recently for a radiator repair. My problem was difficult to diagnose, but their diagnostic charges were very low, and the cost of the repair was below their estimate. They're very pleasant and easy to work with, and I highly recommend them.

It has been good working with them. I have been using their services for the last three years. When we first used them it was because they were right down the street and it really worked out well for us.

They always do a good job working on our cars. This is a smaller auto shop, one that you might not notice. They have done really good work and we've even recommended them other people.
