It went great. They arrived early and had equipment loaded when I got there. The equipment was reassembled at the house. The movers were very personable and easy to work with. The per hour charge is great but the 4 hour minimum is a problem if the job is small

These guys are awesome. From beginning to end this was a great experience.
It started in early December 2015 when I contacted the company for a moving quote. The sales rep (I think his name was Aaron) wanted to come out to my house to take inventory personally. This idea was a welcome change because other companies wanted to either take inventory over the phone or via extensive web questionnaires. I am a musician and had a lot of custom-build furniture for my gear that doesn't fit standard questionnaire templates. I felt much better about having the sales rep out to the house to view and categorize my stuff in whatever way he thought was appropriate.
Now, being a local move, their hourly rate for 3 guys came in pretty much the same as every other company I called. However, my move spanned 2 nights (to allow for closing paperwork on the houses), and I just felt a lot more secure that their facility is in Olathe. Other companies I contacted where either in downtown Kansas City or, worse yet, did not allow overnight storage and therefore wanted me to get a storage locker and charge me for 2 moves (old house to locker, locker to new house).
The morning of the move there was a snow/ice storm in the area. They were running a little late for the pick-up as a result, but they called me to keep me aware of their situation. I original arranged time was 8:30AM, and they showed up at 9:00AM. So despite the weather they still did pretty well. The pick-up crew was very courteous and social. All of my furniture was removed from the house without damage to the house.
Two days later arriving at the new house, and with better weather, they arrived promptly at our agreed upon time of 8:00AM. The delivery crew was different from the pick-up crew, but they were equally courteous and careful. All items were delivered without damage to either the items or the house.
When everything was done, the time spent and billed was about half of the estimate we received. I'm sure that has somewhat to do the fact that my wife and I were very meticulous and organized about having our boxes packed and stacked and furniture broken down ahead of time, and on the other end we re-setup all the furniture ourselves as well. But both crews also worked fast and efficiently.
Bottom line is I highly recommend this company and I would readily do business with them again (though I hope not to have to move for a very long time).

We have used them a couple of times and they are a great bunch of guys. We had about 7 or 8 guys come out; they were very friendly and did everything we wanted them to do. I will use them again in the future.

it went great.  box springs didn't fit elevator so the walked it up the stairs with out a complaint.

They did an excellent job and they were on time. When their truck broke down they provided further service because of the delay.

I called about 2 weeks before I needed to move, and was able to get the estimate and the work scheduled exactly when I needed it. The estimate was very competitive with other estimates I had gotten (and beat several). They showed up on time, the guys were very friendly and got down to business. They didn't damage anything, and were careful of walls, doors, and corners. They laid down protective blankets in the new house over things like my railing to help protect them more while they moved in. I would definitely use them again, and have recommended them to others.

They showed up on time to load everything on the truck. There was three or four movers there. They helped us pack up some stuff that we couldn't pack yet.

All is well that ends well. On time. On budget, no damages. The estimate turned out to be low for both packing and labor but the mover honored the estimate. This mover was not the lowest bidder but the only one of three to total the individual item costs (packing, labor, travel) and give a total with a guarantee not to exceed the estimate by 10 %. Others showed packing cost and labor costs but left the bottom line blank and would not guarantee their quotes.
