Basement Waterproofing
basement is lousy with leaking and cracks, very little rebar used in concrete, footing very shallow, foundation very crooked, siding very discontinued and no replacement possible, no paperwork tried or conversation with inspector, the county attorney is researching how big to make his prosecution and penalty, found other counties with same complaints against Lifetime Construction and Lanny Gross the owner. A different county is filing to claim all his and his families property to sell for repayment. Lanny is now listed as a con man and thief.
Better Business Bureau shows Lanny as not a member since the one month he subscribed to get a rating. The state of Kansas does not show him as a legitimate contractor or having insurance for workers, or bonded for any security level.
