We have used Patriot Plumbing for several years and we are always pleased with the results. They were punctual, courteous, and very professional. And for the work they performed, the charges were very reasonable. We are very happy with Patriot Plumbing and will continue to use them whenever we have plumbing needs.

The owner of the company sent his kid out to demo the basement and that was the start of everything wrong. The floor was not cut straight or well. They busted most of the trim and ruined my carpet in the area that they worked. The walls were pitted from the jackhammer. They didn't use the proper finishing concrete to match the floor they used quick create that had large rocks. They result was a filled in moat with a sharp surface and gaps along the edges. After confronting the workers about the bad job the owner came out and offered to sand the concrete down. This made a plume of dust larger than I have ever seen. (It looked like a bomb went off) They didn't clean up any of the mess and left before the dust settled. After the dust settled I found that they had tracked concrete on the carpeted stairs most of my trim was destroyed the walls were a mess and the the floor still was not great. Bottom line stay away from these crooks if you want your house to look good.

"I am sorry you had a bad experience with us. However, you were not the one that hired us to do the work. We did the work to the customers specification. The customer that hired us was selling the house and you were purchasing the home from him. We did the work to the sellers specifications. We are not concrete people and told him that it would be a rough surface. If they wanted it to match the existing floor we informed them they needed to hire a concrete finisher and he did not want to do that. We did the job as he wanted and per the contract. The new owner was not happy with the rough texture, so free of charge we went out and sanded. But we warned him of the dust and mess it would make and that we would not be responsible for the mess if he wanted it sanded. Also, yes it was our son that was there, but he was 20 years old and was learning the trade from his father. He is now a licensed journeyman plumber."

I actually called Patriot Plumbing after I had gotten a quote from a competing plumber where they were saying my problem was just short of tearing down the whole house just to put in a hot water tank, well maybe not quite that bad.
I called Patriot they came out and took care of the problem, at a very reasonable price and did a great job. They were prompt and did exactly what they said they were going to do.
I would recommend them to anyone.
