TERRIBLE company. I would give ZERO stars if I could. We only used this company because it was who was through our home warranty company. Not sure why our home warranty company has them under contract. Terrible customer service. They are RUDE and have the worst customer service and communication skills. It has been 4 weeks since our service request and NOTHING has been done; part on back order, canceled appointments, no call backs after several calls and voicemails were left... We do have an appointment this afternoon that I am praying will fix our washing machine. This is the WORST company I have ever had to deal with and I warn others to NOT even bother. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Two thumbs down.

Josh came out here twice, sent by our home warranty company, to repair our dishwasher.  After the first visit (August 2015), it worked about three weeks and quit working again with the SAME ERROR CODE (wash cycle would not start...blinking error code).  Called him back repeatedly over next several weeks.  His assistant who takes all calls said they had to order another new part, that the first part he replaced must have been faulty (control panel)  And she has no clue why the part has not come in yet.  After about a month, we finally gave up and called the Home Warranty company and then surprise!!!  Josh calls back the next day, somehow the "part" has magically appearred.  He comes out with a fan (!)and puts it in.  Which is not what the original problem was, and I ask him about that but he brushes me off, starts the dishwasher and leaves, as if in a hurry.  The dishwasher of course, doesn't complete the cycle and the error code starts blinking again.  I called him back and he said to take a picture of the error code and send it to him. I do just that, immediately. I never hear from Josh again.  I call the home warranty company and they say they will only be able to send Josh out, no one else.  Josh is assigned to us for a third visit.  He never calls to set up the appt.  I call AHS again.  He still doesn't call back. AHS won't send anyone but him or replace our dishwasher with a sub standard model. So I am going to bypass the AHS Home warranty company and Josh and call my OWN repair person!
