Contractor apparently didn?t prep the existing surfaceproperly to take the new one and in < 1 year was chipping, peeling, and
blistering.  Contacted in January of 2014we set up a date in February for him to come out and correct the issue.  After waiting all day and no response tophone calls he texts me and provides way to much personal information about hismarriage, kids, and financials and that he was upset and in no shape to come out and deal with a client (going through divorce, etc?.).  I give him a month and contact him again.  No return phone calls but texts me a sad sob story about needing to finish his house so he can sell in the divorce and needing 3-4 months.  Said he was a man of his word and never had a dissatisfied customer.  I call him twice over the summer with no return phone call.  I text him multiple times with no response.  On 11/19/14 I texted him picture of his work product and indicate I want my money back.  Said he could keep the supplies cost but I wanted the labor portion paid back.  Now he wants to come out and look and when I inform him we are past that point and we needed to work out a monetary settlement, he becomes defensive and says the surfaces were never installed properly in the first place to be able to ?take? the resurfacing.
 Not sure this contractor is even in business any longer.  However, if he fires up this shoddy organization again use at your own risk. 
He is a crook and a liar.

All the demlition and construction was handled by them.  The work was excellent.

We are extremely happy with the results of the renovation.  Tracy was present at all times during the project and manage the ork  our project with one assistant.  There was a lot of attention to detail.  Tracy made a point of explaining every step of the process to us. He also took the time to answer any questions we had. Since the wall was cut out in two rooms, there was a lot of dust. A plastic barrier put up between the work area and the rest of the room which kept the dust level down.  I believe there was a minimum amount of mess considering the demolition that was done on the project. The work was completed within the promised time, even with a couple of delays.  There was a slight issue with the fill dirt after the rest of the work was done.  Tracy ensured that the fill was done to our satisfaction. The work including all the additional concrete work  came  in at the proposal costs.  My husband and I would recommend him with complete confidence.
